Your orders will be charged at the time of shipment. All payments are made in U.S. currencies. We also accept COD orders.

Shipping & Handling
We apply shipping charges to your account based on weight with a minimum of $7.15. We employ a variety of carriers with several shipping options for your convenience. Free Shipping on orders placed online over $100.00 shipped UPS Ground. Appropriate sales taxes will be added for all Missouri residents at checkout. All orders are carefully packed at our warehouse and shipped promptly.

Hyalogic® ships products worldwide. Each order is viewed individually and the best method is chosen for each case. International orders are normally shipped by US Postal Service Global Priority, with pricing determined by the shipping option and weight. There is a $7.15 minimum charge. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska
We still charge our flat rate of $7.15 for Puerto Rico. Alaska and Hawaii and orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Average delivery times of 3-5 days. When will my product be shipped? – Orders will be processed and shipped the same day or within 1 working day (weekend and holidays excluded). Please allow 3-5 days bank clearance for orders that are paid by personal checks.

If you are not comfortable sending your credit card information over the internet you may pay for your order by Money Order or Personal Check, you may add items to your cart, register your name and shipping address on the on-line order form.

Cancel an order
You may cancel your order if you e-mail or contact us before your order is shipped. Shipment can be as soon as 1 hour after you place your order, or within 1 working days.
