What is Regu-Seb?
It is an ivory, slightly viscous solution made of several fruit extracts that contain high levels of natural lignans and phytosterols. It contains polyphenoirich fractions from the fruits of the North American saw palmetto and South American sesame seeds in a Moroccan argan oil base. With a perfectly balanced polyphenol formula, it consists mostly of lignans and phytosterols and helps to control and reduce sebum production, especially in the T-Zone area of the face.

Regu®-Seb normalizes the secretion of sebum within the skin. Regu®-Seb targets the 5a-reductase, which is responsible for the overproduction of sebum. In vitro test: The sebum-regulating activity of Regu®-Seb was examined on reconstructed epidermis. The graph below shows the response-control of dihydrotestosteron (DHT) synthesis by Regu®-Seb. 1% Regu®-Seb leads to a lower DHT level by 35% vs. control. In vivo test: An assessment by dermatologists was performed before the first application as well as after 30 and 90 days. A cream gel containing 5% Regu®-Seb was applied; a significant decrease of 46% in sebum skin production was shown by the assessment. Skin appearance was improved.
