Yes it is. Hyaluronic acid, beeswax, aloe and cocoa butter are all natural ingredients.

Beeswax is a natural wax made by bees in the cell walls of honeycombs, this substance is a natural emulsifier used in cosmetics.
What is cocoa butter?
Cocoa butter is a natural fat from the seeds of the fruit of the Cacao tree.
Why is Hyaluronic Acid so important to the lips?
Young lips are smooth and highly elastic because it contains high concentrations of Hyaluronic Acid., which helps skin stay healthy. As we grow older, the body loses its ability to maintain this same concentration in the skin. Hyaluronic acid helps to bind water, the ability of the skin to retain water also declines with age. As a result, the skin becomes dry and loses its ability to restore itself. Without water, the spaces in the skin appear which leads to wrinkling and the older skin appearance. Hyaluronic acid acts as a space filler by binding to water and thus restoring normal skin health.

"Best lip balm ever! I keep four or five jars of it around the house and in the car. It’s the only thing that works on my daughter’s lip and she loves that it doesn’t “burn” like the other lip balms we have tried."
Suzy B. – Denver, CO
"I started using it as a relief for chapped lips, but when I noticed how much it was plumping my lips, I was hooked! I have never had a lip balm do that before. My lips look and feel amazing!"
