Is HylaVision™ safe to use?
HylaVision™ is a natural dietary supplement. All ingredients are procured from approved sources and production facilities. But as with all other vitamins and dietary supplements, you should always consult your physician. Use only as directed.
Are there any side effects?
HylaVision™ has no known side effects that have been reported for the ingredients in the product. Always take this product on a full stomach.
What is HylaVision™ taken for?
It is a dietary supplement formulated with hyaluronic acid, lutein, zeaxanthin and bilberry for the maintenance of healthy eyes and vision.
Does HylaVision™ contain the recommended amount of vitamins/ anti-oxidants?
HylaVision™ contains a balanced amount of the antioxidants Vitamins A, C , E and Zinc which are known as powerful antioxidants and believed to play an important role in maintaining proper eye health.
Is HylaVision™ available without a prescription?
HylaVision™ is widely available from health foods stores, pharmacies and health professionals and does not need a prescription.
Can HylaVision™ be taken with other vitamin supplements?
It is not advisable to take more than one multi-vitamin at a time. W e would advise that you consult your medical practitioner before taking another vitamin supplement with HylaVision™.
Can HylaVision™ be taken with other medications.
It is recommended that you consult your medical practitioner / nutritionist prior to starting to take HylaVision™ if you are currently taking medication for an existing medical condition.
I am a smoker/I used to smoke, can I take HylaVision™?
Recent studies that looked at beta-carotene intake (20-30mg) concluded a potential link between beta-carotene and increased risk of developing cancer. For this reason smokers and other individuals at risk from cancer, are not encouraged to take high levels of beta-carotene. Levels of beta-carotene present in the daily dose of HylaVision™, are much lower than those studied, and are, therefore, considered to be within safe limits. If in doubt, consult a medical practitioner before starting to take HylaVision™.
Can HylaVision™ be taken when pregnant/breast-feeding?
During pregnancy/breast feeding, it is not advisable to take HylaVision™.
Can HylaVision™ be taken by diabetics?
HylaVision™ contains a small amount of sucrose(sugar). It is therefore not recommended for diabetics to take HylaVision™ until advice has been sought from a medical practitioner.
Can HylaVision™ be taken by children? HylaVision™ is not recommended for children.
